Doctor of Social Sciences (Ph.D.), medical sociologist, assistant professor at the Institute of Applied Social Sciences at the University of Warsaw, mediator at the Polish Mediation Center, environmental therapist at the Polish Psychiatric Society, graduate of the School of Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy with elements of psychodynamic therapy.
In his scientific work, he particularly focuses on the social aspects of the process of illness and recovery, as well as the issue of stigmatization of people struggling with chronic diseases. He is the author of a monograph, 10 scientific articles, and several dozen presentations in this field.
He also has experience in business: he has managed large teams and supervised investment projects in international economic entities.
At the Foundation, he co-creates and implements projects that combine ophthalmic issues with addiction problems, as well as those related to combating the stigmatization of people struggling with eye diseases.
